Allowing us to offer the clients substantial savings due to adjoining project sites and reduced construction costs due to volume pricing. Our value engineering effort identified this solution as a significant savings in time and money. The original design called for a remote plastic water retention tank which was complicated and costly to the client.

Project Scope:
M3 was brought on to manage the 20,897-square-foot manufacturing expansion in Ringwood, IL, featuring a single-story precast concrete building with structural steel and a complete roofing system. Site improvements included earthwork, parking expansion, site concrete, and utility infrastructure to support the new facility. A standout element of the project was the design and installation of a 30,000-gallon underground water storage tank for the fire suppression system—necessitated by the lack of available utilities—requiring close coordination to meet code requirements. The interior build-out included open manufacturing space, restrooms, RTUs, upgraded electrical service, and integration of a fire pump and generator, further reinforcing the client’s trust in M3 for complex, utility-limited projects.
