M3 Construction Solutions managed the construction of a 9,432-square-foot manufacturing expansion in Ringwood, IL, featuring a single-story precast concrete building with structural steel and roofing. The project included site work such as earthwork, erosion control, excavation, site concrete, and minor landscaping. The interior consists mainly of open manufacturing space with a new restroom, while the MEP systems were delivered through a design-build approach following architectural guidelines and code requirements. M3 successfully delivered the project on time and within budget, meeting the client’s operational needs and quality expectations.
