M3 Construction Solutions took over the 12,500-square-foot warehouse expansion in Elgin, IL, after the original contractor became unresponsive. The project featured a single-story pre-engineered metal building with CMU and brick exterior walls, along with site work including earthwork, parking expansion, and landscaping.
