A challenge of this project was having to move 100s of yards of dirt fill which was originally planned to be hauled off site. We were able to leverage our drone technology and 3d modeling to design a berm that would save the client time and money by keeping the fill on site, as well as using the berm to further conceal the maintenance facility on the golf course preserving the aesthetics of the pristine course.

Project Scope:
M3 Construction Solutions completed a 12,260-square-foot cold storage expansion in Oak Brook, IL, featuring a single-story pre-engineered metal building with standing seam roof and wall panels, insulation, and exterior overhead and man doors. Site work included earthwork, erosion control, parking lot expansion, excavation, site concrete, and minor landscaping. The interior space is primarily open for storage and includes updated lighting, a new electrical panel from the main service, and modifications to the existing fire alarm system to accommodate the expansion. The project was completed efficiently, aligning with the client’s functional goals and construction standards.
